M. T. ROLDAN, JR. & Associates established since 1984 as a sole proprietorship. Since then, the firm has gradually built a name for itself thru the successful completion of various residential, commercial and institutional projects.

While M.T. ROLDAN, JR. & Associates have executed designs from the most simple to the most complex without losing tract of their vision and style, MTRJ’s history reveals that he himself has been the product of own active initiatives and design. His development as an architect was one carved not by him or accident. It was indelibly developed through long years of perseverance, struggle and pure love and work.

Right now, his company is involved in Design, Consultancy, and construction. He has his own design and construction outfit. Also he has a group of workers under his construction firm and a group of well-trained and experience architectural designers, Allied Engineers, field personnel and other staff.

In terms of dealing with clients, MTRJ has personalized approach. No matter how complex or simple the projects, he meticulously considers and analyzes the client’s needs and taste through his concept and pre-design services. This includes economic feasibility studies that present to client’s viable plan for successful project development.

As time goes by, the assistance of his whole staff personnel, his company operated meticulously and surely thru difficult times, gradually improving its financial condition thereby bringing up and encouraging increase of design and construction projects.
